What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa as payment options when ordering on our website. 
 

 

When will my order be processed?

Express orders must be received by 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time in order to be processed that day. Express orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard time will be processed Monday or the following business day. Orders using ground shipping will arrive within 7 to 10 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays), following credit card authorization.
 

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day or overnight. 

 

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from Grand Prairie, TX.

 

When is my card charged after I place my order? 

Your card will not be charged until your items ship. Payment is authorized at checkout, but cards won't be charged until shipment. 

 

How do I check/track my order status?

There are two ways to track your order:
  • My Account: If you have an Ironclad.com account, access our My Account page to find the most up-to-date status of your order.
  • Order Status: Using your Order ID, access our Track My Order page to find the most up-to-date status of your order.
